Fairweather Grounds is a boutique coffee roaster in Gustavus, Alaska. We are dedicated to providing you with freshly roasted organic coffee, year round! We only sell organic. We have over 10 years in the coffee business in Gustavus, and are so excited to add roasting to our repetoire. Roasting our own coffee allows us to truly provide you with the BEST cup of coffee at Fireweed Gallery Coffee and Tea House, or at the roastery. We love to share a cup of great organic coffee with everyone, locals and visitors alike!
We strive to source only the best organic, and socially responsible coffee selections from around the world. Our bean selection changes with seasonal availability, which varies from farm to farm. Our favorite varieties include old world coffees such as those from Ethiopia and the Indonesian Islands, and we love the robust complexity of many Latin origins. We roast single origins for the purists out there, and love to create that perfect blend of beans for your sipping pleasure!
